To monitor and manage your audio call using the TBG Conferencing Web Console
After logging on to the WebConsole you will be able to monitor
• Names and phone numbers of call participants
• Participant call entry time
• When participants disconnect
• Who is speaking
To manage audio calls the Web Console allows you to
• Lock / Unlock the audio call and the Web Console
• Place the conference in a “listen only” mode
• Mute / Un-mute individual lines
• Conduct a Q & A
• Place the call on music hold
• Pause and Un-pause recording
• Dial out to a participant
• Add a billing code to the call·
• Print the participant list screen
